Having had a difficult experience at the hospital I was not please to be told I could only have breakfast items until 11am, being 3 minutes to 11am and I couldn't have a mc chicken sandwich meal or anything else I wanted left a VERY bad taste in my mouth. As does their tiny portioned sub pleasant food. Never again.

Ordered here, food arrived by table service quickly and correctly with fresh made fries. Napkins were brought without having to go and search. This is McDonald's run correctly. Fast and efficient. Very good and much much better than Evesham. Well done Cheltenham retail park branch!

Drive Through is a lottery, I wish they'd check and double check the order. Always something missing, so frustrating. Food is what you'd expect from mcdonald's, but come on!

Wow, one of the best McDonald's I've been to. It was very busy yet I was served extremely quickly. I was served by Kev and he is an absolute credit to the company. He could not do enough for me, absolutely top quality service.
The food was fresh and hot and you could see the entire team were working really well together. If only all McDonald's restaurants were like Cheltenham! Keep up the great work guys 🍔🍟👍

Wast of time drive closed tolde to wait 5 mints after 5 told to wait again doing orders for just eat wait because to slow doing there job get a grip on working on a 24 hours what is the poit doing a chage over at 1.05 please mc manger have a look at these people working.

It's a McDonald's.... Not sure what one can say. The burgers are, at best, mediocre. It's cheap but the service was great.

Absolutely useless...ordered from the McDonalds app. Half of the order wasn't delivered and what did turn up was cold & inedible. Tried ringing, no answer. Probably my fault for putting my food trust in such an abysmal company. You live & learn.
